This workshop is for you if…
you’ve always wanted to learn how people effortlessly balance on their head/arms
you (kind of) have an inversion practice but mostly you just freak out and never go for it
you have an inversion practice but want to learn how to teach it in a more accessible way
(1) 30 min HIT WORKOUT that targets the main muscle groups used in accessing Headstand and Crow : ARMS + CORE
(1) 30 min PLAYLIST to get you moving and motivated during the HIT WORKOUT
(1) 40 min CROW WORKSHOP where we break down Crow Pose and learn how to get into it in several different ways with a lesson about the physical and energetic benefits of Bakasana (Crow Pose)
(1) 60 min VINYASA FLOW where you will have the opportunity to practice what you’ve learned in a yoga sequence designed for exploring your new Crow Practice
(1) 20 min HEADSTAND WORKSHOP where we break down headstand and learn how to access it in safe and supported ways
(1) 60 min VINYASA FLOW where you will have the opportunity to play with your new headstand practice during a yoga sequence designed to prepare you for it
(1) CANDLELIT YIN CLASS to balance all of your inversion work/play
(3) 60 min Playlists to accompany your three full yoga classes included in this workshop
