In this THREE session workshop you will receive…
(1) 30 min HIT WORKOUT that targets the main muscle groups used in accessing Bakasana (Crow Pose) : ARMS + CORE
(1) 30 min PLAYLIST to get you moving and motivated during the HIT WORKOUT
(1) 40 min WORKSHOP where we break down the pose and learn how to get into it in several different ways with a lesson about the physical and energetic benefits of Bakasana (Crow Pose)
(1) 60 min VINYASA FLOW where you will have the opportunity to practice what you’ve learned in a yoga sequence designed for exploring your new Crow Practice
